About Zeeshan

With nearly 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful change. My career began as a faculty member at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where I specialized in assessing patient symptoms and improving quality of life. I had the unique role of serving as the sole psychologist for several organ transplant programs, working closely with patients and medical/surgical teams during complex moments of transition and healing. I also have experience working with patients with cancer and other chronic illnesses.

In 2021, I joined Phreesia, a healthcare technology company, where I used my background in measurement science to improve patient care for hundreds of thousands across the country. I led efforts to develop and widely implement patient-reported outcome tools, empowering both patients and clinicians to make informed decisions about well-being. I am now focused on providing behavioral health expertise to a variety of groups while also providing psychological services for patients and their families.

My approach is grounded in research and shaped by real-world clinical experience. I believe in compassionate listening and collaborative goal-setting, combining evidence-based strategies with a genuine respect for each person’s story. Whether you are facing health changes, stress, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to support you with knowledge, respect, and dedication.
