We are in-network providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO health insurance plans. Services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance. Other insurance companies may provide some reimbursement to you if they offer out-of-network provider coverage.

Make a Payment Online
To make a payment, please fill out the form below to be directed automatically to PayPal’s secure website. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. Payment may be submitted online by credit card or direct withdrawal from a bank account. Once processed, PayPal will send confirmation emails to you and to Dr. Rosenbloom to notify her of your payment. In using PayPal, your credit card or bank information will be protected and not shared with our office. For more information about payment security, see PayPal’s website. Please note that all payments made through PayPal will include a handling fee.
