About Jonah

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in treating depression, anxiety and trauma-related symptoms. After earning my PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Vermont in 2019, I completed my residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Now, as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, my research focuses on developing more accessible mental health services that use smartphones and text messaging.

Taking a predominantly cognitive-behavioral therapy approach, I believe how we think is deeply connected to how we feel and behave. I offer individual therapy and consultation services for adults dealing with various life stressors including depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress. In our first few sessions, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing your goals, experiences, and working together to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs, while ensuring you feel safe and supported.
